Launching your PI Program
Our Launch process consists of 4 basic steps:
- Partner Orientation: Meet your PI Partner, ADVISA, in this 30-minute introductory call. We’ll confirm notes from PI, gather more context, and get aligned on Launch support. After this call, you’ll be introduced to your Consultant who will help get your PI program off the ground. We’re grateful for the opportunity to partner with you.
- PI Program Kick-Off: In this 60-minute meeting, your Consultant will cover all the basic steps in launching your PI program, get your key stakeholders familiarized with the PI software, and help you immediately start gathering necessary data to start using PI asap. This gets it all started.
- PI Overview Session: Your ADVISA Consultant can provide key leaders an overview of PI; what it measures, how it’s used, and the value it can bring to help you build an effective work culture. This helps HR program owners gain buy-in and align the team on expectations around the value PI offers. Get people pumped about PI!
- Application Meeting: Based on your company’s key priorities for leveraging PI, your Consultant will dive into specific application support. This meeting may include reviewing a Job Target, reviewing candidate or employee Behavioral Assessment data, or helping you prepare for an interview or coaching session where you want to use PI. Your PI program is officially launched!

Post-Launch Support
After Launch, quarterly meetings with your Consultant will enable you to review “behind-the-scenes” usage data to ensure you’re getting the value out of the software and accomplishing the goals you set in your first meeting.
