After more than 15 years inside high-growth companies, Mary has experienced and shaped the sales journey from nearly every angle: as seller, leader, strategist and operator. She’s learned how to infuse structure and momentum, especially when the path forward isn’t obvious, and her favorite place is the messy middle – where strategy meets execution. She brings a unique blend of process thinking and people-centered leadership to the Client Acquisition team to help ADVISA continue its momentum while scaling efficiently.
She is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders and career-driven women, currently serving as a Start-Up Coach for the Create-X Entrepreneurship Program at Georgia Tech, and previously as a #GirlsClub mentor.
Mary earned her degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton, and feels her education was amplified while living in Cork, Ireland for a year after graduating. Today, she lives in Fishers with her husband, two daughters, and beagle mix dog, Lily. In her free time, she loves traveling with her family, baking, listening to just about any kind of music, and attempting to learn golf.
