Her career began in corporate training, where she led onboarding and development for new employees — an experience that cemented her love for teaching and guiding others. Now, as a Client Success Specialist, Fran supports a wide range of organizations in using Predictive Index to better understand their people, improve team dynamics, and drive results.
A proud Butler University graduate with a degree in Education, Fran carries that background with her in every role she takes on — approaching each challenge with curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Born and raised in Chicago, she now lives in Carmel, Indiana, with her husband and dog, Coco. When Fran isn’t working with clients, you’ll likely find her exploring local coffee shops, reading a mix of thrillers and romance novels, doing Pilates, or trying new restaurants with friends. She also an avid reality-TV fan who loves a good binge-watch session.
