You’ll find our facility amid the charming Carmel Arts & Design district in Carmel, Indiana – in Hamilton County, just north of Indianapolis, Indiana.
FLEXIBLE ROOM OPTIONS
From board meetings to cohorts to training sessions, ADVISA can provide a comfortable and inviting space to accommodate your next important meeting.
Each room offers the ability to share your digital content on a big screen, a whiteboard for brainstorming, door/s for privacy, and an in-room Keurig coffee maker to keep the momentum going.
The Hinge (up to 38 people)
Our large training space can accommodate up to 38 people, depending on seating arrangement desired. Options include pod seating, U shape, or classroom-style seating. This is our busiest meeting space, so be sure to book well in advance.
Clean Slate (up to 12 people)
As you exit the elevator, take your first right and you’re ready for business. This meeting room offers flexible seating that can be configured multiple ways to accommodate up to 12 people. Perfect for executive sessions.
Teal Me More (up to 10 people)
Directly next to Clean Slate, you’ll find a room similar in size to Clean Slate, but offering a conference table with seating for up to 10 people. A great option for any important discussion where you want to literally give everyone a seat at the table.
Well Red (up to 8 people)
If you love natural light, this is the room for you. It has exterior windows on two walls overlooking the galleries and cafes of the district. Its conference table seats up to 8 people. Perfect for work sessions or any important meeting with a smaller group.

Great question. We’d probably be wondering the same thing… We’ll tell you the back story when you get here.
MEETING ROOM RATES
The Hinge training room: $500/day. Clean Slate, Teal Me More, or Well Red meeting room: $250/day. This rate reserves your exclusive use of the room from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Your reservation also includes the following:
- access to our large communal space
- a variety of complimentary snacks and drinks
- 4 restrooms
- high-speed wifi access
- free parking in attached public garage
Please note, this fee does not include a dedicated host person or catering. Not that you’ll be short on food options – the Carmel Arts & Design District is home to over 20 delicious restaurants all within walking distance of our building. If you’d like to arrange catering yourself for your meeting, you are more than welcome to use our kitchen for your meal.
