Alex believes every person and team has untapped potential – and that the right structure, practice, and support are what unlock it. That belief has guided her career for more than 15 years, from coaching collegiate women’s basketball to leading enterprise professional services to shaping product strategy for B2B SaaS companies.
As an Organizational Development Consultant at ADVISA, Alex works with executive teams to define their values and leadership capabilities, facilitates leadership development, and helps design the products that support clients’ cultures. She brings a coach’s eye for development, a consultant’s focus on measurable outcomes, and a builder’s habit of starting with the definition of the need.
Leading by connecting strategy to the everyday behaviors that make it real, Alex meets teams where they’re at and helps them build what’s next. There’s nothing more personally fulfilling to her at work than seeing people and teams becomes the best versions of themselves.
Alex lives in Brownsburg, Indiana with her husband and two kiddos where she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and hustling around to all the youth sports events.
