As ADVISA’s first Sales Development Specialist, Patrick — better known as “Patch” — is all about sparking those initial conversations that get people thinking differently about their workplace. He brings a high-energy, human approach to outreach, focusing on building sincere connections with leaders who are ready to truly invest in their people.
A May 2025 graduate of the University of Dayton, Patch moved to Carmel from Glenview, Illinois, in 2023 with his entire family. As the middle child of five brothers, he learned early on how to find common ground and keep things moving — experience that comes in handy when he’s opening doors and starting new relationships for the team.
When he isn’t connecting with new partners, Patch is usually spending time with his family, golfing, or traveling.
