Learn how to inspire people to perform!

In this course, participants learn how to apply Predictive Index data to drive employee engagement. We start by diving into the five drivers of cultural competitive advantage through which folks can use PI data to understand others’ motivations, needs, and experiences. The session then does a deep dive into actionable people data and the software available to support leaders.
