Predictive Index® Refresher (Virtual)

Bring your challenges and sharpen your Predictive Index skills in this online session focusing on the four drives, factor emphasis combinations, and how to apply these at work.

Registrants will be using PI profiles from your company as examples. Please print 10-15 PI profiles to have with you for review in during this virtual PI Refresher. It is best practice to include people you work with on a regular basis and profiles of people who report to you.

Being able to come back with the knowledge we have so far and ask more probing questions has been valuable. It’s nice to have lived through the knowledge we received, but then be able to take this time and utilize this resource as we are starting to apply these strategies.
