ADVISA Adds Seven New Team Members!
ADVISA’s growth reflects an increased demand for tools and training for leaders at all levels to create healthy, inclusive, and productive work environments. We have added seven new team members to our expert staff.
Meet the newest members of the A-Team:

Francesca Beck, Client Success Specialist
Fran began her career in corporate training, where she led onboarding and development for new employees. At ADVISA, she supports a wide range of organizations in using Predictive Index to better understand their people, improve team dynamics, and drive results. She is a proud Butler graduate with a degree in Education.

Mary Browning, Client Acquisition Consultant
Mary joins ADVISA with extensive experience helping organizations grow intentionally – from shaping strategy to executing it across both early-stage startups and established enterprises. In her new role, she will work with ADVISA’s leadership team to implement key initiatives for sustainable growth and scalability. Her deep familiarity with employee engagement and performance management will also play a critical role in advancing ADVISA’s mission to transform work cultures into sustainably loved workplaces.

Mark Carter, Coaching Project Specialist
Mark brings his background in project management and process improvement to ADVISA’s coaching practice. A native Hoosier, Mark previously served as Senior Program Manager at Teach Indy, where he worked to retain and celebrate Indy educators. He is also committed to community service, volunteering in multiple board and advisory positions.

Fiona has a passion for helping others and an insatiable drive to learn. An alumnus of Indiana University in Bloomington, Fiona graduated with a degree in Healthcare Management and Policy. While at IU, she interned at a staffing and recruiting agency and co-founded an organization called Future Professionals in Healthcare. Before joining ADVISA, Fiona ran the front office of a behavioral health practice.

Lauren Rosner, Data and Project Specialist
Lauren helps people reach their goals through data-driven insights and strategic project management. Before joining ADVISA, she spent nearly a decade in digital marketing, guiding a small agency from 50 employees to a global advertising powerhouse of over 300. Lauren earned her bachelor’s degree from DePauw.

Chris Sowers, Organizational Development Consultant
Chris is a long-time ADVISA collaborator. Prior to joining ADVISA, Chris had a 20+ year career in engineering and leadership at Cummins.
